Psychogeometrics

Notes from Dr. Susan Dellinger’s video “Introducing the Psychogeometric System

Explaining  personality in regards to shapes…

Decide which shape best describes you as a person. (This has nothing to do with body shape!)

  • Do you feel like a box ?
  • Triangle -If you are sitting next to a triangle, you will know it easily in a few moments.
  • Circle

  • Rectangle-You need this information badly
  • Or squiggle ?

So, what does all this mean????

  • Some things you might hear a triangle say…

  • Uses both right and left hemispheres of brain

  • When there is conflict, a circle has the tendency to feel like it is all their fault

Squiggle- very unique person-march to a different drummer

  • Truly Right-brained
  • Creative and innovative
  • “Idea person”

We do have parts of all shapes in us. But, unless we are a triangle, usually one or two shapes are predominant.
