I’m English by birth and upbringing, but I visited America ten times before my 25th birthday and I lived in America for the year I was 14. I’ve also visited Paris (France) and Amsterdam (Holland) as well as Israel. I have, otherwise, lived all my life within fifty miles of the rural town where I was born.
