A Valentine from Ruth Ann

Hello everyone,

I’m growing fast. I’m just a week away from three months old! I weigh 10 pounds, 5 ounces now, and am around 23 inches long (depending on how straight I stretch my legs when Mommy measures me).

I love to smile. I like staring at Daddy’s John Deere t-shirts–they are so bright. My favorite thing to do (besides eating and riding in the car) is lay on my blanket, kicking my feet and playing with my toys.

I’ve discovered I have hands–they taste good, and they are fun to watch! And I almost sleep through the night most nights. (But I smile the most at the middle of the night diaper change, so Mom doesn’t mind too much.)

Have a beary wonderful Valentine’s Day!

Love,
Ruth Ann

Oh, what a beautiful baby! She is such a doll. :) Thank you for sharing your little Valentine with us, Gretchen! And by the way, I just read the “Valentine for YOU” poem in the Romance Lovers section of the website, and it blessed me. Thank you for writing and posting that for us “ladies in waiting”…while you were still one yourself. :)

    Blessings,
    Kiersti

Awww Gretchen your baby Ruth Ann is so beautiful…what a cutie :) )
And she is growing fast..I always see it this way babies are a blessing from the Lord, they come to us so we can cherish them, love them apprieciate them spoil them and teach them lullabies and music and so we can help to grow them closer to God…that’s why it’s so vital to start teaching them about Jesus early..:)

Your baby is truly adorable Gretchen..:)
    what a cutie pie :) )

Take care and May your Valentine’s day be wonderful Gretchen!

    Blessings and hugs!

    To God be all glory!

Precious!! I can’t get over how much she looks like Merritt–your Merritt, that is. ;) Her days and nights sounds a lot like my Merritt’s these days, though, right up to those late night smiles!
