I just took a walk with the dandelions, the sunshine, the trees, the wind, and the God Who created them all.
Such walks are good for the soul.
Perhaps the truth depends on a walk around the lake.

I still find each day too short for all the thoughts I want to think, all the walks I want to take, all the books I want to read and all the friends I want to see.

When you have worn out your shoes, the strength of the shoe leather has passed into the fiber of your body. I measure your health by the number of shoes and hats and clothes you have worn out.

No city should be too large for a man to walk out of in a morning.

I miss living on the island with my family with the three acres of woods lining our long driveway and the field at the top to get lost in. There is something lovely about the country that I miss in the city, a slowness of life that allows more room for God to make Himself seen in His creation. In the city there is just too much business and noise.
I loved te post!

I also read your courtship story yesterdaay and I was wondering if you could post more about the logicistics about your courtship: have you kissed, what boundries did you have for yourselves, etc.? I am 21 and have been looking into courtship, as opposed to dating (I used to date), over the last 9 months or so and am always interested to know the thought processes behind why people choose the way they court or date. I am comming up with my views on the way I’d like things to be in the future. Thank you!

Thank you for the post!!
I too very much enjoy walking. . .
seems to brighten my day and give me a new outlook sometimes! It also, helps clear my mind! -very refreshing!!!
I used to dread walking, now it’s something I miss if I don’t get a chance to do it that day!
Walks are so relaxing and good exercise! I love taking evening walks especially, though normally they are morning walks. Any walk outside in nice weather is delightful, though
.
I, too, love walking. Most especially in the spring and fall. =)
My family and I went for a walk in the wonderful, fresh evening air last night!!! What a blessing!! I LOVE spring!!!!
