		<description>I&#039;m sorry, anonymous, I use T. as Tablespoon and t. as teaspoon without thinking others might not know what I meant. ;)  The flour is variable, but I&#039;d say six to eight cups...just enough so the dough cleans the bowl, but is still a bit sticky.</description>
