I am so blessed and honored to have the women of the YLCF Team joining Gretchen and I in this ministry. After the New Year we have many articles, Bible studies, and book reviews of must-reads to share with you–I can’t wait! The reason we are holding off to post many of these things is that we want to encourage you to spend the next two weeks enjoying and serving your family. Gretchen and I have shared some delicious recipes that I am sure your family would enjoy–I am going to be making the Pumpkin and Sweet Potato Pies for mine in a few days. I would try the Candy Cane Cookies but doing such would ruin all my New Year’s resolutions on eating too much sugar.
Gretchen will be with her extended family (and her man) and I will be around, but keep things a little quiet until after January 1. My own parents will be off celebrating their 25th wedding anniversary and I will be busy keeping my brothers and grandparents fed. 
Later today I am going to briefly introduce the first three members of the YCLF Team, and then in the coming weeks we will get a personal intro from each of them, followed by their first submissions. This is really good stuff, girls.
